Responsibilities
দোকানে আগত কাস্টমারকে আন্তরিকভাবে রিসিভ ও আপ্যায়ন করা।
Hotline, WhatsApp, Messenger ও Facebook-এর কল/মেসেজের উত্তর দেওয়া।
কাস্টমারকে প্রোডাক্ট, মূল্য ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
Google Review ও Video Review সংগ্রহ করা।
অনলাইন অর্ডার ও কাস্টমার ফলো-আপ পরিচালনা করা।
দৈনিক ক্যাশ, বিক্রয় ও দোকানের হিসাব সংরক্ষণ করা।
দোকান পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও সুশৃঙ্খল রাখতে সহায়তা করা।
ব্যবসার উন্নতির জন্য নতুন আইডিয়া ও মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা।
Requirements & Skills
কম্পিউটার ও স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারে দক্ষ।
বাংলা টাইপিং ও ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা।
Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp ও Google Review সম্পর্কে ধারণা।
Microsoft Excel বা Google Sheets-এর প্রাথমিক জ্ঞান।
সৎ, ভদ্র, দায়িত্বশীল ও সময়নিষ্ঠ।
শেখার আগ্রহ এবং টিমে কাজ করার মানসিকতা।
Minimum Qualification Requirements

Customer Service, Sales বা Online Marketing-এ অভিজ্ঞ

Warmly receive and welcome incoming customers at the shop. • Receive and respond to calls and messages on Hotline, WhatsApp, and Messenger. • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, pricing, and services. • Collect Google Reviews and Video Reviews. • Manage customers across online platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and others. • Maintain daily sales, cash, and shop accounts. • Work with innovative ideas to boost online sales and business growth. • Build long-term relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Skilled in using computers and smartphones. • Good Bengali typing and communication skills. • Preference given to those with experience in Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Google Reviews. • Must be honest, responsible, polite, and eager to learn.
