Responsibilities
• সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের ফোন কল করা।
• আমাদের ভিসা ও ট্রাভেল সংক্রান্ত সেবা সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান করা।
• ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা।
• ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
• গ্রাহকের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া ও প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা করা।
• কল ও গ্রাহক যোগাযোগের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা।
Requirements & Skills
• ইংরেজিতে ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• ফোনে ভদ্র ও সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• কম্পিউটার সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
• টিমের সঙ্গে কাজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• গ্রাহকসেবা ও যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• সেলসের পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
