I bought this smart watch and used it for just one week. The charger, box, and both straps that came with it are all present, nothing is lost. The receipt from the person who gave it is also there. You can check it thoroughly before handing it over. Without connecting to a mobile it lasts for a day and a half, and when connected to a mobile it lasts for 4 to 5 days on a single charge.
