Accounts Officer (Accounts & Office Management)
Our company is looking for a skilled Account Officer. A skill and quality Account Officer should be able to of company knowledge of basic accounting procedures, handle the accurate financial records, maintain & oversee accounts and ensure smooth transactions with clients.
Description/ Responsibility/ Duties:
• Manage all accounts and ensuring financial transactions records up-to-date.
• Ensure all bill entries in accounting software and ledger book.
• Handling all receivable and payable transactions of accounts.
• Prepare, monitor of daily & monthly transactions reports.
• Establish and maintain regular contacting with clients in order to facilitate transactions, bill receiving and payments, invoices.
• Need to set daily work schedule, monitoring & execute.
• Has to maintain company documents, file up to date in official rules.
Requirements/ Skills:
• Honest, disciplined, organized & punctual.
• Masters/BBA/Hons. (Accounting) from any reputed university.
• Work experience as an Account Officer, analytical & detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office management (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media, Email, Web and Total Online Service.
• Skilled in Office management.
Experience:
• 2-3 years working experience in Accounts and Office Management.
