Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales of Stationary/FMCG Products.

• Increase sale volume.

• Market development in the unrecovered areas.

• Motivating of distributor.

• Monitoring/Evaluating the activities and performance of the Sales Officer and delivery man as well as training and motivating them.

• Achievement field output by the reporting officer.

• Communication with the superiors.

• Compliance with and working within the boundary limit of the rules, regulations and policy of the company.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

FMCG Sales & Marketing
