𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Be responsible for bringing new customers/members onboard the Bikroy platform in a designated area/territory
● Conduct daily market visits to new, existing, and potential clients to brief them on Bikroy services, and membership benefits, and onboard new members
● Drive revenue targets to achieve the company’s revenue goals and new business expansion
● Complete visit targets as per the designated route plan, including cold call/cold visit
● Job location/posting can be nationwide
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
● Minimum graduate from any discipline
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
● At least 1-2 years in FMCG or similar field sales experience preferred
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
● Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
● Basic computer skills, and experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications
