Job Responsibilities :
Closely work with the commercial teams (marketing and sales), regulatory and Logistic to ensure the Master Files for use in tenders are up-to-date and accurate and leverage the market intelligence to make Pfizer ahead of competitions. Coordinate with our distributor regarding tender planning, e-bidding notifications and our expression of interest. Provide guidance and supervise tender operations team in preparing tender document, particularly on technical aspects such as product specifications, certificate of analysis (CoA) to ensure meeting customer (hospital) requirements Check the bidding document and product sample before sending to our distributor Deliver tender reports prepared by our distributor, do analysis and prepare for discussion with key stakeholders to improve tender operations and meet business needs. Ensure our colleagues awareness of tender business and their involvement through training and meetings, provide support and help build capability in our organization.
Pharmacist or related healthcare professionals At least 2 years experiences in handling hospital tenders, preparation of bid documents or related field such as regulatory, QA. Ability to guide and build relationships with our administrative staff as well as drive collaborations with relevant colleagues to meet business needs Good communication skills Ability to work efficiently and independently, remain calm under pressure
