Call Center Operator
Job Responsibility:
• Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on service
• Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, complaints and feedbacks
• Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the
Educational requirements:
SSC/HSC / Graduate from any reputed public/private University.
Experience Requirements
No need for experience
Additional Requirements:
Age 17 to 30 years
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Internet)
• Agents need to be smart & good looking Proficiency in both Bangla & English (Must)
• Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Call Center, Service Business
• Fresher are also eligible to apply

Salary: Negotiable Tk. 12,000 - 21,000(Monthly)
