Job Responsibility :
1. Supervision of Construction of building & finishing work in the apartment building and adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, checking of measurement books etc .
2. Architectural Working Drawing, Authority (RAJUK) Drawing, Site Supervision.
3. Design to provide innovative and aesthetically pleasing environments as well as ensuring that the natural environment are appropriate, sensitive and sustainable.
4. Surveying sites, discussing requirements with management; creating plans, designs and drawings; preparing reports.
5. Attend phone call clients or related head.
6. Time to time follow up materials requisition, materials receiving, materials QC & checking bills.
7. Update daily project work activity.
8. Vast knowledge of present construction/interior materials source and price.
9. Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
10. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
11. Supervise assistant service engineer, project management & service support.
12. Customer handling in our register maintain & others.
Job Requirements :-
1. Experience in Real Estate (minimum 1) years must.
2. মোটর সাইকেল চালাতে জানা প্রার্থীর অগ্রাধিকার।
3. Age 27 to 30 years.
4. Must be stay in project.
5. Original educational certificate submitted.
6. Must be able to work minimum 2 years.
