• We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated Student counselor.
• Experience within the same industry is required.
✔Job Responsibilities:
• To consult with students and guardians over the phone about admission procedure of foreign universities.
• Managing all customer queries over the phone.
• Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow-up.
• Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
• Host seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
• Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
• Assist student for their whole admissions & visa procedure.
✔Employment Status:
• Full-time.
✔Educational Requirements:
• Graduated / Master from a reputed university.
• Candidates those who are Experienced in this field will get priority. (Applicants with English medium background/good IELTS score.).
✔Experience Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years.
