Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Entry on Pathao Courier System: Enter order and customer information into the Pathao courier system accurately.Ensure all data is meticulously recorded for each delivery
2. Order Confirmation via Calls: Contact customers to confirm order details and address any queries.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
3. Packaging Products for Delivery: Ensure all products are securely packed according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
4. Handing Over Product to Courier: Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
5. Manage and organize data effectively using Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
6. Return Products Handling: Process returned items by inspecting, ironing, and repackaging them before restocking.
7. Resolving Courier and Customer Issues: Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues related to couriers or customer deliveries.
8. Use problem-solving skills to manage and resolve conflicts and complaints efficiently.
9. Work Hours: This position requires the employee to work from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
