Job Description / Responsibility
~To provide highest quality of service to the customers over the Phone, SMS, Email, Website, Social media etc.
~To provide personalized service by responding quickly to the needs of the customers.
~To keep abreast with the latest information with respect to the products, policies and procedures of the company in order to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently
~Generate customer interest in the services or products.
~Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
Additional Job Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (Both English and Bangla).
Good typing skill both in Bangla (Avro) & English
Familiar with Chatting in different Social Media
Professional and courteous behavior and ability to collaborate with a team.
Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
