Quick respond to customer inquiry with quality communication over email and live chat
Effectively manage large amount of emails
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive email communication
Understand customer requirements and expectations for service
Update job status with notes i.e., clear instruction, actual quantity and turnaround time
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Perform any other duties as assigned

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Graduate in any discipline. Graduate from English, English Medium/ Graphic Design Background will be given preference.
