Customer Service Executive (Female)

Newness Fashion Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team at the Nangalkot, Cumilla branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless order delivery through effective communication and follow-ups.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries, confirm orders, and provide updates on delivery status.

- Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using MS Excel.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth order processing workflow.

- Prepare and send regular reports to management regarding customer feedback and delivery performance.

*Qualifications:*

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Email communication.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
