Job Context:
We are looking to hire Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. In this position, who can develop digital marketing strategies to enhance our brands, implement digital marketing & sales plans, creative planning, and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good knowledge of content writing. Experienced in managing Social Media(Facebook Ads, Content Creation, Content marketing, email marketing, social media content creation, social media marketing, and Brand Promotional activities.
Responsibilities:
Creating Marketing Strategy & Campaign plans for clients' businesses.
Writing Copy for Ads and Creating ads campaign for clients' businesses.
Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Keeping regular communication with clients and having to take feedback on the campaign performance and have to fix issues if any.
Any other related task assigned by the management.
Requirements and skills
Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Proven SEO Skills & In-depth experience with website analytics.
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Ability to do some graphic design work.
Educational Requirements:
Educational qualifications will be relaxed for a good video editor.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a can-do attitude.
Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency, and email communications.
Must have advanced situational judgment -ability.
Good in English
Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk.12,000/- to Tk.15,000/- ( Based on skill ) After Completing the provisional period
Salary During/Training provisional period: Tk. 8,000/-
Provisional period: 2-5 Months
