💰 Salary & Earnings
Starting Salary: BDT 5,000 / month
Commission: 1% of total sale. (Aprox. 10,000/- to 20,000/-)
Salary increases every month based on performance and sales results
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits and follow up on assigned leads
Clearly explain the product/service and close sales
Coordinate with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp
Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads, and confirmed sales
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets
✅ Requirements
HSC completed or currently studying Bachelor’s
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Must be tech-friendly
(Smartphone, apps, WhatsApp, calls, basic digital tools)
Strong confidence, discipline, and communication skills
Willingness to work in the field and meet targets
