About the Role:
Computer Solution Inc. (CSI) is seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This field-based role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to drive the growth of CSI products in the market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, ensuring that CSI products are well-represented, and actively pushing our products into new dealer houses and collection from dealers regularly. Your primary mission will be to ensure the consistent availability of CSI products at dealer locations and to drive sales through regular interactions.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Dealer Relationship Management: Visit dealer houses regularly to build strong, long-term relationships and ensure they are stocked with CSI products.
• Product Promotion: Actively promote and push CSI products to dealers, ensuring they are aware of product features, benefits, and the advantages of carrying our brand.
• Market Penetration: Identify potential dealer houses that are not yet carrying CSI products and persuade them to take on our products for regular sale.
• Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of dealer stock levels and ensure product availability at all times. Monitor sales trends and push for replenishment as needed.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by increasing the number of CSI products in the market and ensuring that products are consistently displayed and sold at dealer locations.
• Customer Support & Feedback: Provide feedback from dealers to the marketing and product teams to improve product offerings. Address any concerns or queries dealers may have about the products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on CSI products, including new releases, features, and updates, to effectively communicate with dealers and customers.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and dealer feedback. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager or higher-ups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies, implement promotions, and share insights from the field.
• Vehicle Usage: A company vehicle will be provided for regular field visits to dealer houses.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or dealer management in a similar field is a plus, but fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with dealers and clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and persuade dealer owners to carry CSI products.
• Self-motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges in the field and find solutions to improve product availability and dealer satisfaction.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a field-based role, with the flexibility to travel and manage multiple dealer accounts simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail: Track record of managing dealer relationships and inventory efficiently.
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
• Experience in Retail or Wholesale Sales: Previous experience in retail sales or with Tech distribution networks is an advantage.
• Tech-Savy: Basic knowledge of using sales management tools, Excel, or CRM software.
• Understanding of Consumer Electronics or IT Products: Familiarity with the products CSI offers will be an added advantage.
