Key responsibilities & duties:
● Existing Members Service & Payment reminder calls (Real Estate Business).
● Solve clients queries with precision resilience & maintain Bikroy’s image intact
- Ad post support
- Ad post reminder
- Free voucher usage reminder
- Renewal calls & payment followup
- Solve ad post/service related issues with coordination with support teams
● Sale promoted ads bundles to assigned clients.
● Win-back pre-churn clients.
● Responsible for MAC campaign conversions.
● Any other task assigned by Management.
● 6 months to 2 year in Call center industry
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Proficiency with Excel, word and power point
● Target driven and self-motivated
● Proactive and good analytical skills
● Team player and able to work independently as well
