Key responsibilities and duties:
•Manage revenue and P&L objectives by improving conversion rates and increasing the number of purchases.
•Develop and execute effective strategies to drive rapid, profitable growth (both organic & paid), while achieving revenue target.
•Collaborate with sales team to ensure that we are offering the very best assortment of products, at the best prices to the customer.
•Find new ways to grow sales, by working with the team, to source/promote products and create incentive plans to achieve revenue targets.
•Work with the Marketing team to gain oversight on marketing activities across all digital channels: Affiliate Marketing, Display, Email, Social Media etc. Monitor paid marketing campaigns
•Ensure strong customer satisfaction, working with internal and external operational teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
•Build and lead a high-performing team that forges strong cross-functional relationships.
•Seek out opportunities, make improvements and suggestions that will positively improve business.
•Proven leader with strong decision-making skills
•Ability to operate independently and bring new and fresh ideas to the company
•Savvy Communicator; Strong written and verbal communication skills
•A natural team player; will work very closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance
•Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
•Ability to influence and interact with senior management
•Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
•Actively listens and participates within a team environment
• Should have a good knowledge on Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs
• 3-5 years of e-commerce industry experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or any related fields
