Job Summary
Mayaz Homes is hiring confident, energetic, and field-oriented Marketing Officers. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct field visits, identify potential real estate clients, introduce Mayaz Homes projects, and bring interested prospects to the office for meetings. This position focuses on client outreach, lead generation, and brand exposure.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits in commercial and residential areas
• Professionally introduce Mayaz Homes and its ongoing projects
• Identify and engage potential buyers and investors
• Collect basic client information and maintain records
• Bring interested prospects to the office for meetings
• Submit simple daily and weekly activity reports
Performance Evaluation
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Number of clients successfully brought to the office
• Professionalism, discipline, and work attitude
• Market feedback and brand representation
• Sales closure is not mandatory
Candidate Requirements
• 2–5 years of field marketing experience, preferably in the real estate sector (other sectors may be considered)
• Freshers may apply if confident, presentable, and proactive
• Willingness to work extensively in the field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
Compensation
• Monthly Salary: BDT 25,000 – 30,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
