Greet guests coming to reception area,
taking details and informing relevant staff promptly
Receive call, give feedback and message convey in respective personnel
Divert callers to appropriate person by operating the office switchboard
Check all phone lines working properly/out of order,
if out of order inform Call Center & follow up time to time and inform all via mail.
Maintain Movement Register, attendance sheet& follow up of the visitor's card.
Arrange meetings, conferences of management when required
Carry out other administrative & secretarial tasks assigned by the management.
SSC/HSC/Diploma/Honors running student can apply
