Total Shares in Plot: 7

Seller's Ownership: 1 share only

Shares for Sale: 1 share

Sale Price per Share: Plot share price 28 lac

Terms and Conditions:

The seller agrees to transfer 1 share in the plot to the buyer.

Transfer of ownership will occur upon receipt of full payment.

Both parties agree to sign any required documents to formalize the transfer of shares.

Any additional costs, such as legal fees or taxes,registration will be covered by buyers only.
