Job description
We are looking for some dynamic, motivated individuals for our sales team to sale professional training courses. We provide counseling based global certification training services through tele-marketing to potential customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, good understanding of Telephone Etiquette, and excellent negotiation skills to present a need based training solution to customers. This is a target oriented job and the candidate requires to have the mindset to work under pressure to meet their monthly target. (Those who applied earlier need not to apply again)
Responsibilities
Candidates need to:
# make a good number of phone calls to potential customers and offer career counseling services and persuade them for our training courses.
# manage customer accounts by ensuring the customer's requests are addressed properly and timely.
# generate potential customers leads.
# visit corporate offices as per requirements.
# be well disciplined and punctual while communicating with customers.
# have the mindset to work under pressure to meet the target.
# must be a Non-Smoker.

Skills and other requirements:
1-2 years' of sales experience preferably in tele-sales or customer care.
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Highly skilled in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook) , Basic Computer Operation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English.
Age Range:(20-30) Years
