Requirements
1.Education
Minimum SSC / HSC. Honors running students are preferred.
2.Experience
At least 1 year.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fresh Fish, Meat and Dairy
3.Location Preference
Candidates residing in Mohammadpur area are preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office/Excel).

Job Summary / Responsibilities & Context-
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our grocery products and services over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Make outbound calls to potential customers, reach potential organizations and call existing customers to promote meat and dairy products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Confirm orders and update them accurately in the system.
handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally via phone, social media, and other online platforms.
Follow up with repeat customers to encourage re-orders.
Maintain detailed call logs and sales reports.
Coordinate with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Working Hour-
9AM - 7PM
weekly 6 days
Salary & Benefits-
Basic Salary: .......... BDT + Monthly Sales Target Bonus
