Job purpose: Ensure growth of Bikroy online banners business by identifying and selling to
prospects as well as maintaining relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities and duties:
• Identify opportunities, produce leads and increase the sales volume as per the assigned monthly target.
• Establish strong and long term relationships with potential clients (corporates & agencies).
• Day to day ad sales operations such as negotiation, closing sales, team management, etc.
• Lead a team to ensure and maximize industry footprint & revenue.
• Generate and assign leads for new business.
• Maintain the vertical monthly revenue target.
• Maintain monthly reporting for the team and monitor the weekly growth.
• Other sales and marketing activities assigned by HOD to increase overall revenue of Bikroy.

• Graduates of Marketing or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 06-07 years of experience in corporate sales
• Candidates with proven sales records and working experience in relevant industry/any media will get preference.
• Should have strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, word and power point.
• Team player and able to work independently as well
