• Establish good relation with corporates and Human Resources oriented companies
• Design activities to ensure quality Candidates sourcing
• Ensure quality service to existing members and control churn
• Establish strong and long term relationships with corporate partners.
• Execute marketing efforts (Shop signboards, stickers etc.) seamlessly with members
• Formulate a win-win business situation with top Corporate (have at least 10 top clients)
• Establish an efficient team which can ensure achievement of targets
• Ensure the training of the new joiners in the team
• Making sure that team members are doing the collection & deposits properly
• Prepare Client Visit & Customer Calls Plan
• Prepare attendance & KPI report on a monthly basis for the team
• Make sure KPI & other reporting sheet are accurate & up to date
• Other sales and marketing activities assigned by the Supervisor to increase overall revenue
Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Minimum 03-05 years of experience
• Team player and has the ability to work independently as well
• Strong communication skills
• Confident and assertive with the ability to execute
