We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to lead and manage our retail store operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Sales Management: Drive sales targets by motivating and monitoring the performance of the sales team.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring high morale and professional development.

Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports to the management team.

Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and retail standards.

Marketing Support: Coordinate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and events effectively.

Problem Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer or staff concerns proactively.
