কাজের বিবরণী

We are looking for highly motivated, young and dedicated Applicants with Honours/Bachelors Degree. Applicants with working experience in F&B industries are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants without experience are also encouraged to apply who have completed their Bachelors/Honours Degree. This is a Management Training Program, which will include training in all operational areas of a Restaurant.

BASIC REQUIREMENT
• Knowledge of food and beverages

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Related Responsibilities:
• Play a role model for being an excellent contributor
• Strong focus on maintaining a culture
• Regularly Check product quality and freshness
• Examine food presentations, beverage presentations
• Monitor guest experience & immediately follow up if any problem occurs
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Communicate with guests and receive feedback

Purchase & Accounts Related:

• Conduct Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inventory
• Estimate Food/Packaging/Utensils/Cleaning items consumption and place purchase orders
• Maintain Tally for all Purchases and operational expenses, submit daily/weekly/monthly Reports
• Create Sales reports, bank deposit documents and submit to accounts in provided format

Human Resource:

• Check staff Punctuality, Grooming & Cleanliness
• Observe, Teach and Correct Staff's Service
• Appraise and attest excellent performance
• Conflict Resolution
• Periodic Employee Evaluation according to our KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Create staff roaster, assign shift for smooth operation
• Supervise and coordinate overall operations (FOH, Delivery, BOH, MOH, HK) during a Shift
• Conduct Daily briefing and de-briefing with all staffs
• Review leave requests by staffs, analyze operational needs when short staffed and organize shifts accordingly. Assign overtime if needed

Operations

• Ensure sanitation, hygiene and safe working environment
• Fix any problem regarding Electrical malfunction, Gas connection, plumbing
• Safe handling and regular maintenance of all equipment and delivery vehicles
• Ensure compliance requirements are maintained in all area of the operation
• Control operational cost and identify measures the cut waste

Marketing:
• Product and Restaurant promotion in a regular basis by sales call, offering free taster to loyal guests, sending team members in neighbourhood areas for flyer distribution, paying courtesy visits to important personnel in the surrounding neighbourhood.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience as a restaurant manager
• Demonstrated experience in customer service management
• Extensive food knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skill

Education Qualification:
• Hons Complete
• SALARY: Negotiable
• Age: 28-35 Years Old
