কাস্টমারের সাথে সুন্দর ও ভদ্রভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। Facebook Messenger/Inbox ব্যবহারে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে। দ্রুত ও সঠিকভাবে কাস্টমারের মেসেজের উত্তর দেওয়ার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। Customer Handling ও Communication Skill ভালো হতে হবে। Sales করার মানসিকতা ও আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে। কাস্টমারকে প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে সুন্দরভাবে বোঝাতে পারতে হবে। Follow-up করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। Sales Target পূরণের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে, তবে অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলেও আগ্রহী প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
