Welcome and assist customers professionally. Understand customer needs and demonstrate suitable products. Develop strong product knowledge through training and experience. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Salary & Benefits Probation/training salary: BDT 12,000 per month After probation: BDT 14,000–18,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience and performance) Annual salary increments, with progression up to BDT 30,000 per month Team-wide monthly bonus for achieving outlet sales targets Two festival bonuses every year One weekly day off Leave on religious occasions Comfortable and supportive working environment Applicants must be at least 20 years old.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities. Honest, responsible, and committed to work. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage.

Qualifications : HSC or an equivalent qualification preferred.
