Main Responsibilities 1. Pizza Preparation * Prepare pizzas, sides, and beverages according to Domino’s standards. * Follow recipes and portion guidelines. * Ensure food quality and presentation. 2. Customer Service * Take customer orders in-store, by phone, and online. * Handle cash and card payments accurately. * Resolve customer questions and complaints politely. 3. Order Management * Check order accuracy before dispatch. * Coordinate with riders for timely delivery. * Update order status in the system. 4. Cleaning and Hygiene * Clean kitchen equipment, counters, and dining areas. * Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. * Maintain personal hygiene and wear proper uniform. 5. Inventory Support * Receive and store raw materials properly. * Monitor stock levels and expiry dates. * Report shortages to the manager. 6. Opening and Closing Duties * Prepare the store before opening. * Complete cleaning and closing
