Responsibilities – VAT & TAX Officer Prepare and submit VAT & Tax returns and related documents on time. Maintain VAT, TAX, TDS, AIT, BIN and TIN records. Ensure proper calculation, deduction and payment of VAT & TAX. Maintain VAT invoices, challans and supporting documents. Ensure compliance with NBR rules and regulations. Assist during VAT & TAX audits, inspections and assessments. Coordinate with Accounts & Finance departments regarding VAT & TAX matters. Communicate with VAT/TAX offices and relevant authorities when required. Keep updated with changes in VAT & TAX laws. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in VAT & Tax or Accounts. Good knowledge of VAT, TAX, TDS, AIT, BIN and TIN. Knowledge of NBR rules and regulations. Good command of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
