This is a heavy and strong solid wood furniture piece, not lightweight MDF or particle board. The main wooden structure and mirror are in good condition and the dressing table still has plenty of usable storage space.

Large mirror in good condition
Strong and heavy construction
Multiple drawers and side storage cabinets
Overall main structure is in good condition
Bottom drawers need some repair/work
Side cabinets mainly need new locks
One of the lower sliding glass panels is broken
Apart from these issues, the rest of the dressing table is in good usable condition
Selling because it is no longer needed.
