1. Procurement & Sourcing:
Determine material requirements and plan purchases.
Source suppliers, collect/compare quotations, and negotiate for best value.
Evaluate supplier performance and manage Purchase Orders (PO).
2. ERP & Data Management:
Accurately and timely enter all supply chain data (PO, GRN, stock, issuance) into the ERP software.
Generate inventory and procurement reports using the system.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
Lead regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.
4. Logistics & Distribution:
Plan and execute the timely delivery of finished goods from the finishing center.
Coordinate transportation and optimize delivery routes.
Ensure accurate shipment documentation.
5. Reporting & Planning:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports (stock, procurement status).
