Delivery & Payment Policy
1. Pathao Instant Delivery (Recommended)
- Delivery time: approximately 6hours.
- Payment will be made via bKash after receiving the books.
- The buyer must open and check the books in front of the delivery person.
If there is any major pen marking or any torn page, the buyer may return the books immediately and I will bear the delivery charge. However, the complaint must be reasonable and the buyer must send a photo or video of the issue while the delivery person is present.
If there is no damage or problem with the books but the buyer still wants to return them, the buyer must pay the full delivery cost (including the return delivery charge).
2. Pathao Regular Delivery
- Delivery time: 2–3days.
- Full payment must be made in advance via bKash.
- No return option for regular delivery.
3. Nearby Locations
If the location is nearby, we can discuss and negotiate the delivery method.
