Job Responsibilities: The primary duties & responsibilities of the incumbent includes but are not limited to the following: Work closely with Dept. Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area. Visit market places, Farming houses,search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas. Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors warehouses, on a regular basis. •Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target. •Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company Strong understanding of customer,market dynamics and/or requirements Good leadership and inter-personal skills. Result oriented, able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.
