Key Responsibilities – Software Sales & Business Development • Regularly visit corporate offices, business organizations and potential clients to introduce the company's software products, services and IT solutions. • Identify potential customers and collect orders based on their business needs and requirements. • Present software demonstrations, features and benefits to prospective customers. • Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs and corporate clients. • Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn and direct marketing. • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into sales. • Assist in completing software sales and negotiating with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing & Content Creation • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. • Regularly create and publish engaging text, image and video content. • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to develop marketing content, promotional materials and social media posts. • Write attractive captions, advertisements and promotional content in both Bangla and English. • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote software products and IT services.
