Requirements * Minimum secondary school (SSC) or equivalent qualification. * Relevant experience in road construction, paving, asphalt works, or heavy equipment operation (preferred). * Valid operator/driving licence for machinery operators (where applicable). * Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments. * Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required. * Basic English communication skills are an advantage. * Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and company policies. Required Skills * Knowledge of road construction and paving techniques. * Ability to operate construction tools and heavy machinery (where applicable). * Understanding of construction site safety procedures. * Ability to read and follow work instructions. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Physically capable of lifting materials and performing manual labor. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment.
