1. Supervise and guide Field Sales team members in daily field activities, client visits, and business development. 2. Plan team visit schedules and conduct joint visits to support client follow-ups and deal closures. 3. Coach new joiners to achieve their first sale within the first month. 4. Monitor team performance against monthly and quarterly KPIs and provide necessary guidance to achieve targets. 5. Ensure accurate and timely updates of team activities and client information in the CRM. 6. Achieve monthly individual revenue targets through client acquisition, membership onboarding, renewals, and upselling. 7. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brands, and business owners to drive business growth and client retention. 8. Promote Bikroy’s premium and paid services through upselling and cross-selling. 9. Assist business owners with platform usage, advertisement posting, and purchasing paid services. 10. Submit weekly and monthly reports

1. A minimum of 3 year of experience in Field Sales, Sales, Business Development, Seller Acquisition, Merchant Acquisition or a related area is preferred. 2. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. 3. Experience in CRM management and market research will be an added advantage.
