Call customers to confirm and process orders. Answer customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner. Follow up with potential and existing customers to increase sales. Explain product features, benefits, and promotional offers. Maintain accurate customer records and update order information. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call center is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and convincing skills in Bangla. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and internet browsing). Ability to handle customers professionally and politely. Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in any discipline will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or call center is preferred but not required.
