Make daily inbound and outbound calls to patients. Follow up regularly with interested and existing patients. Communicate with patients politely and professionally. Provide information about our services and answer patient queries. Follow up with patients and motivate/assist them to visit our office. Confirm patient visits and maintain follow-up records. Maintain daily call and patient follow-up reports. Handle patient queries and concerns professionally. Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets. Maintain confidentiality of patient

• Good communication and interpersonal skills • Polite, confident and patient-friendly attitude • Good telephone communication skills • Ability to make daily calls and conduct regular follow-ups • Ability to communicate with patients and encourage them to visit the office • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills • Ability to maintain daily call and follow-up records • Target-oriented and responsible • Both Male & Female candidates can apply • Prior experience in healthcare or customer service (added advantage)
