The Supervisor shall oversee daily production activities, supervise workers, ensure smooth workflow, maintain productivity and quality standards, monitor attendance and discipline, coordinate with relevant departments, ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, prepare daily reports, resolve operational issues, train and guide employees, and perform other duties assigned by the Management to achieve production targets efficiently.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams, coordinate production activities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 1 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
