Prince Electricals Ltd (PEL) is the concern of Prince Corporation Ltd. (PCL). PCL is working with Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board since 1978. PCL is continuously supplying electrical equipment like Automatic Voltage Regulator, Automatic Circuit Recloser etc. to different utility companies of Bangladesh. Prince Electricals Ltd (PEL) is equipped with most latest CNC-controlled machinery from world-famous brands which makes the product Reliable, Durable and High-Quality standard. Prince Electricals Ltd.(PEL) was incorporated in January 2015 as a private limited company. From two reputed companies experienced business persons initiated the company. Most of the Directors are from Prince Corporation Ltd., Steeltech Industries Ltd and KAI Bangladesh Aluminum Ltd. Prince Corporation represents Eaton, Cooper Power Systems, GE, USA, providing Hitech equipment like Automatic Circuit Recloser (ACR) & Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) to different utility companies in Bangladesh BPDB, REB, DESCO. On the other hand, Steeltech Industries Ltd. has long experience in the manufacturing unit. Steeltech Industries is located in Gazipur, Dhaka and is the largest Stainless Steel Pipe manufacturer in Bangladesh. Our Company Chairman Mr.Ebrahim D Mamoon (IMRAN), who is also Managing Director of Steeltech Industries Ltd. Mr. Ahmed S. Sater (ANADIL) is the Managing Director of the Company who is also Director of Prince Corporation Ltd.
