Property Showings & Client Meetings: Conduct site visits, present project details, explain plot features, and guide clients through project benefits and investment returns. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Negotiation & Closing: Handle client queries, negotiate terms in alignment with company policies, and successfully close sales deals. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients for future business and reference networking. Market Research & Reporting: Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior in Dhaka, providing regular performance updates to management.

Minimum Graduate or Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university Prior experience in the real estate sector, with a specific preference for background in land and plot sales Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Smart, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality Male candidates only
