দায়িত্ব
• Generate leads and communicate with potential customers.
• Contact customers through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook and other online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software or services.
• Explain ONETECH products, software and services to potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for customers when required.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into clients.
• Collect project requirements from customers and communicate them clearly to the development team.
• Coordinate with customers and developers throughout the project.
• Provide regular customer support and follow-up after onboarding.
• Attend online meetings with clients when required.
• Maintain customer and lead information properly.
প্রয়োজনীয়তা ও দক্ষতা
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Good speaking and writing skills in Bangla and English.
• Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Good understanding of computer, internet and online communication tools.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain them to the technical team.
• Ability to prepare quotations and invoices.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Support will be an advantage.

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.

প্রার্থী ক্লায়েন্টদের থেকে প্রজেক্টের প্রয়োজনীয়তা সংগ্রহ করবেন এবং প্রজেক্টের সফল ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে আমাদের ডেভেলপমেন্ট টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করবেন।
