𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔️ Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
✔️ Maintain register for stationery and office accessories
✔️ Other tasks assigned by management & Maintain appointment diary
✔️ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
✔️ To handle the internal & external communication of the company independently
✔️ Receive letters, messages, and documents, and hand them to the concerned persons.
✔️ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
✔️ Welcome Guests/ visitors, Delegates, convey a message and a reminder to the concerned department
✔️ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
✔️ Maintain a register for all incoming and outgoing letters/mails/documents and dispatch to the appropriate staff
✔️ Collect & preserve the contact information and address of other organizations/companies for communication when require
