Manage daily office administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow. Handle phone calls, emails, social media, client inquiries, and visitor communication professionally. Maintain office files, documents, records, reports, and correspondence. Support management and team members with operational and coordination tasks. Participate in company video shoots and present information confidently on camera when required. Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents. Complete assigned tasks accurately, responsibly, and on time.

Only Female 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Good typing skills in Bangla and English. Comfortable and confident appearing in company video shoots. Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English. Smart, presentable, well-organized, and punctual. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently. Good teamwork and coordination skills.
