Assist after-sales engineers with full inspection, disassembly and cleaning of feature phones, washing and drying water-damaged devices, and reassembling for secondary testing.
Receive systematic training on full feature phone repair procedures, including replacement of display screens, keypad boards, charging ports, receivers, speakers, batteries, vibration motors and rear housings.
Learn basic mainboard maintenance: troubleshooting faults such as power failure, charging malfunction, unresponsive keys, no network signal, silent speakers, non-functional backlight and short circuits; perform simple jumper soldering.
Software maintenance for feature phones: factory resetting, device unlocking, firmware flashing, multi-language flashing and system fault recovery.
Fill out repair work orders, classify in-warranty and out-of-warranty devices, manage spare parts inbound and outbound inventory, organize tools at workstations and maintain a clean working environment.
