E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify, Amazon, ERP & AI)

We are hiring an E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online stores and marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage Shopify products, collections, inventory and pricing. Create, edit and optimize Amazon product listings. Update inventory, SKUs and stock records using ERP systems. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for product content and daily tasks. Work with Excel and Google Sheets for product data management. Upload product images and maintain listing accuracy. Research products, competitors and marketplace requirements. Assist with order management and daily operations. Learn additional marketplaces as our business expands.

Basic to good knowledge of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. Understanding of e-commerce operations and product listings. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software. Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT efficiently. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Basic English reading and writing skills. Good computer skills and internet research ability. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to learn new software and marketplaces. Reliable internet connection and personal computer. Previous e-commerce experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum HSC/A-Level or equivalent qualification. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Marketing or related field preferred. - Basic computer literacy is mandatory. - Good written English communication skills. - Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Excel or AI tools is an advantage. - Freshers with relevant skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. - Formal certificates are not mandatory if the candidate can demonstrate practical skills.
