Salary & Benefits: Salary: ৳20,000 – ৳25,000 Strong Performance Bonus Salary growth based on performance Festival Bonus (as per company policy) Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales-focused campaigns on Facebook and other platforms - Create and manage marketing funnels (Awareness → Conversion → Retention) - Regularly optimize by analyzing campaign performance - Research target audience and create effective strategies - Manage retargeting campaigns (Custom & Lookalike Audience) Tracking & Data: - Setup and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API - Analyze event tracking and website data - Create daily/weekly/monthly performance reports Team Collaboration: - Provide guidelines to content creators and designers based on data - Optimize creatives and messaging Candidate Requirements: - Must have practical knowledge of fishing - Hands-on experience in Facebook Ads Manager is a must - Practical experience in sales-focused performance marketing - Clear understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey - Skills in retargeting (Custom Audience, Lookalike) Technical Skills: - Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics - Event tracking - Audience segmentation - Campaign optimization - Must have E-commerce/F-commerce marketing experience - Ability to analyze data using Excel - Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree (Marketing/Business/Digital Marketing preferred) Important Conditions: - Candidate must live in or around Bogura - Must show previous campaign portfolio during the interview - Candidate must explain: Ad Spend, Campaign Objective, Conversion/Sales Result Performance Evaluation: - Sales/Conversion result - ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) - Overall business contribution Important Note: This is NOT a boosting job Only apply if you have real experience in Performance Marketing, Funnel Strategy, Sales Conversion Apply: Send CV and portfolio Whatsapp
